SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to qualifying orders.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Ivory Studio House is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at contact@ivorystudiohouse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

If you would like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Ivory Studio House will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
